What a fifteen minutes timer is good for

Fifteen minutes is a quarter of an hour: a typical stand-up meeting limit, the length of many guided meditations and a common bake time for cookies and muffins. Students use 15-minute blocks to break revision into manageable chunks, and parents for screen-time limits that children can see. It is also a good length for an evening walk or a focused declutter.

The countdown is measured against the clock, so it stays accurate in a background tab, and the remaining time shows in the tab title. Need a different length? Tap one of the quick times or type your own. Everything runs in your browser with no app or sign-up.
