How it works
Every modern browser contains a high-quality PDF engine for printing. This tool lays out your content with clean print styles, sets the page size and margins with CSS @page rules, avoids splitting headings, tables and images across pages, and hands the result to your browser's print-to-PDF. The output has real, selectable text and working links, and nothing passes through a server.
It is useful for turning an email template, an HTML report, exported web content, simple invoices or meeting notes into a shareable PDF, and for developers testing how their markup prints. Scripts are removed for safety. External images must be publicly accessible to appear.
To save a whole web page as a PDF, you can also open that page and use your browser's own Print → Save as PDF; this tool is for content you write or paste.
Can I use CSS?
Yes. Add a <style> block or inline style attributes in your HTML; they apply to both the preview and the PDF.
Why are there headers and footers with the date and URL?
Your browser adds them by default. Untick "Headers and footers" in the print dialog's more settings.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. On iPhone and Android, use the share or print option and choose to save or share as PDF.
